Anchor Point Scotland – 22nd January 2026

Anchor Point Scotland officially launched with a memorable Burns Supper at Glasgow’s iconic Ubiquitous Chip, bringing together over 70 guests from across the maritime community for an evening celebrating Scottish tradition, connection and conversation.

The event marked the beginning of Anchor Point Scotland’s journey, creating a welcoming environment where professionals from across the industry could build relationships beyond the traditional networking format.

Guests enjoyed a five-course Burns Supper, the traditional Address to a Haggis, live music from Edward Reid, entertainment from The Caledonian Cowboy with traditional Burns poetry, and a lively ceilidh that had the whole room on its feet.

More than anything, the evening demonstrated what Anchor Point Scotland is all about: creating meaningful connections in an enjoyable and inclusive setting.
