With just under a year to go before London International Shipping Week 2027 (LISW27), the official year-out launch has been celebrated, the new website has gone live, and the first tranche of 250 Headline Conference and 630 Gala Dinner tickets has already sold out.

The generous Early Bird rates for conference and dinner tickets expire on 20 November, giving delegates up to eight weeks to secure a £100 discount on conference tickets, £30 on a Gala Dinner seat, and £300 on a table of ten. Standard rates will apply thereafter, but by then many prime positions are likely to have been taken, so early booking is strongly advised.

The LISW27 Headline Conference, renowned for its thought leadership and top-level international speakers, will again be held in the plenary auditorium at the London Headquarters of the International Maritime Organization on Wednesday 15 September 2027. Capacity is strictly limited to 750, the maximum number of seats in the auditorium. Both of the past two editions sold out weeks in advance.

The Headline Conference will be followed immediately by a spectacular rooftop reception, accessible exclusively to conference delegates and sponsors.

The LISW27 Gala Reception and Dinner will again be held at Evolution London on Thursday 16 September, one of the very few venues in the Capital able to accommodate the anticipated 2,000 guests for what is expected to be another record-breaking black-tie event and the biggest ever maritime dinner held in the UK.

The organisers are delighted that Gibraltar Maritime Services are sponsoring the IMO Rooftop Reception, while HFW and ABS are sponsoring the LISW27 Gala Reception and Gala Dinner respectively.
